Mid Essex Arts Society was founded in 1972. We celebrated our Golden Jubilee
on Tuesday 13th September 2022 following the lecture with sparkling wine and celebratory cake.
Membership fees are payable in March and this year it costs £60 per person.
Guests are welcome at any of our lectures in the hall at a cost of £10 (in CASH) per visit.
Our monthly lectures cover a whole range of different subjects from jewellery, architecture, music, ceramics and glassware, paintings and traditional customs plus special histories of other cultures.
We organise regular visits to many interesting places, including historic houses, art galleries and livery companies.
